FAQ

Questions answered.

Is CleanBurst safe for pets and children?
Yes — once the 15-minute treatment period is complete and the room has been aired out briefly (2–3 minutes), the space is safe to re-enter. Do not re-enter during active treatment.
What size room does one canister cover?
One CleanBurst canister covers up to 400 sq ft — a standard bedroom, office, waiting room, or hotel room. For larger spaces, use one canister per 400 sq ft zone.
What does CleanBurst actually kill?
CleanBurst eliminates 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, mold, and mildew — including common pathogens like MRSA, C. diff, influenza, and rhinovirus.
Is CleanBurst EPA registered?
EPA registration is in progress. CleanBurst uses a hospital-grade active ingredient already approved for disinfection use. Full EPA registration is a pre-launch milestone.
How is this different from Lysol spray?
Lysol requires you to spray every surface individually. CleanBurst releases an omnidirectional mist that fills the entire room, treating every surface, corner, and crack simultaneously.

Total room disinfection. One canister. One button.

Seed Round · April 2026 · Charlotte, NC
The Problem
Manual disinfection is broken.

It's slow, inconsistent, and requires training. Hospitals, clinics, and homes all struggle with the same thing: you can't spray what you can't see.

The Solution

Key Trends

What's driving demand right now.

Five macro trends are converging to create a massive tailwind for room disinfection products — especially automated, total-room solutions like CleanBurst.

Competitive Landscape

Current solutions leave massive gaps.

The market is fragmented across outdated approaches. No existing product combines total-room coverage, consumer simplicity, and healthcare-grade efficacy.

Product Type Coverage Ease of Use Price Range Kill Rate
CleanBurst Fog canister Total room One button $12 – $18 99.9%
Mold Bomb Fog canister Room, mold-only Simple $10 – $15 Mold only
GoFog (PureFX) Electric fogger Total room Pro training $200+ (device) 99.9%
UV-C Devices UV light Line-of-sight Moderate $300 – $50K Varies
Manual Spray Spray & wipe Surface-only Labor-heavy $3 – $8 50% of surfaces
The Gap CleanBurst Fills:

Mold Bomb only targets mold. GoFog requires $200+ equipment and professional training. UV-C only disinfects line-of-sight surfaces. Manual spray misses up to 50% of surfaces. CleanBurst is the only product delivering total-room, healthcare-grade disinfection in a simple consumer format at consumer prices.

Target Segments

Three segments, one product.

CleanBurst's single-SKU simplicity serves three distinct markets — each with unique buying triggers but identical product needs.
